This is my new favorite travel item. I used this for my 11 hour economy flight abroad last week and slept a solid 6 hours. I've used Cabeau pillows before, which always made me super hot and after a few uses, my head would still find a way to fall through the opening in the front. Because this design is going around the front of your eyes and not the neck, you're held in perfect alignment with no where to fall through and there are no heat issues because you're not wrapped with dense foam. The arm sling is also a great addition, held my arms in a lightly snug, comfortable position (and I wasn't worried about limbs ending up in my neighbor's seat). I would note that this setup appears to only be compatible with airplane seats that have the adjustable headrest attachment - if your seat is all one solid piece (like on Spirit) this will not work, unlike the Cabeau which can wrap around the back of the seat if necessary.

I just got home from an international trip and was decently pleased with these. The sling was comfortable and helped me rest my arms/shoulders. The strap in the back could be improved with a softer texture against my neck, but overall worked well. The head support system is a great idea and kept my head from flopping around, however after a couple of hours my ears hurt from being smashed inside the wrap. I wondered if it could be made with a bit more room for the ears like it has for the eyes (the eye cover was made where it is raised and doesn’t push against your eyes which is really comfortable). I’d give it a 3.5 if that was an option.I saw several others using this same product on my flight and they seemed to be sleeping well. The ear discomfort may not be a problem for everyone.

I have used it once, to take a nap on a car ride. It worked as advertised. I was pleased that the eye mask and pillow actually covered my ears as well. My only issue was that the elastic on the sling stretched out a bit. I have naturally broad shoulders, which are further broadened by a profession in manual labor, so I was not surprised. I wonder if adding a bit of adjustment to the sling would address that issue.There is a bit of a learning curve, but a few minutes of trial and error should account for that. Overall I am pleased with the purchase and will probably buy another if and when this one wears out.
